Nome d'arte dell'attore statunitense Biagio Antony Gazzara (New York 1931 - ivi 2012). Formatosi all'Actor's Studio, dopo il lavoro in teatro si è affermato come interprete, dotato di un'espressività dai toni ambigui e smorzati, di numerosi film di largo successo, tra i quali: Anatomy of a murder (1959); The killing of a chinese bookie (1976); Saint Jack (1979); Il camorrista (1986); Don Bosco (1988); The big Lebowski (1997). Ha interpretato anche: Buffalo '66 (1998); The Spanish prisoner (La formula, 1998); Happiness (1998); Summer of Sam (1999); Undertaker's Paradise (2000); Dogville (2003); Bonjour Michel (2005).
